Before All New Comics, incredible discounts on comics often came attached with outrageous shipping costs and insane customs waits and the roulette game of "will I pay duty"? Canadians have a lot of questions about buying their comics online (and yes, all of our prices are Canadian dollars).

How can I order from you?
The first way is by visiting our store, we have dozens of products online and we are adding new products every day. If you'd like to get us to put something aside every month (for example if you want to get Uncanny X-Men every month), just click "My Subscriptions" and we'll set up a "pull file" for you where we will set aside your comics every month and let you know when they're in.
What kind of a discount do you offer?
All New Comics offers 20% off the U.S. cover price (charged in Canadian dollars) of new comics Magazines, Trade Paperbacks and Hardcovers every day. We also have phenomenal specials including our Graphic Novels Super Specials, and periodical bonus deals which we email our customers about...some of our deals are up to 70% cheaper than cover price.
Why do I have to pay a deposit to sign up for subscriptions?
Unfortunately unscrupulous Ninjas have ruined it for everyone. You see, late one night some Ninjas hacked their way to the All New Comics website and added tons of subscriptions for obviously non-existent customers. This caused us to consider upping our orders until we realized that these Ninjas had vanished into puffs of smoke. We came to the realization that we would have to charge a fully refundable deposit of $20.00, which is the exact amount of money that Ninjas refuse to part with. Our Ninja problem resolved, we were again able to offer subscriptions.
I want something that you don't have listed
Not a problem, we have hundreds of back-issue comics, trade paperbacks, statues, and figures that we are still in the process of putting online. Failing that, we can order from a catalogue of literally thousands of products, if there's something you want, let us know, we will let you know within hours whether we have it on hand, or how long it will take us to get it in.
How much tax will I pay?
All orders placed in Canada are subject to 5% GST. Orders in Ontario are also subject to an 8% PST charge on comics, statues, supplies and figures. Trade paperbacks and hardcovers are exempt from the 8% Ontario PST.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $75.00 (before taxes) to orders in Canada. We can't offer free shipping to the United States.
Shipping rates vary by location, the easiest way to figure it out is to put together an order, click "View Cart", and then click "Estimate" next to the shipping line.
Basic Canadian shipping rates are as follows:
Ontario, Manitoba, Quebec - $8.00
New Brunswick, PEI, Saskatchewan - $10.00
Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland - $12.00
Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon - $16.50
I'm a subscriber and I want to add something you have in stock, can you just add it to my monthly shipment?
We sure can! Just order it normally, and when you get to the shipping section just select "Ship with my subscriptions". The next time we ship out your monthly comics we'll include this item along with it!
Will I get charged duty?
Since All New Comics ships from Canada, you don't have to worry about Duty if you live in Canada.
Can you ship to the United States?
Not a problem! Not only that, but since we ship via the Post Office, it's very unlikely you will pay duty.
